life at the Caldwell house has been a bit on the NOT so GREAT side the past couple of weeks and i must admit i haven't been the best mama... I feel like i've been so crabby towards abbie - i haven't paid attention to her needs or wants and i've complained a lot about her "constant whining" (lets be honest - she's not a whiner) - i know she doesn't read this, but i want my little one to know that i LOVE her more than anything - and i'm sorry that i've been a grouchy mama

Happy St. Patrick's Day

i think it's pretty crazy that i spent 4 days of the past week here:with these fabulous people:
But this was in fact the highlight of my week:

i'm not saying that New York wasn't FABULOUS ... it was such a fun trip - one that i could do many times in the future, but i missed this little munchkin more than i thought possible. Clark did a great job playing "single dad" while i was gone and it was really nice to get a breather from "real life", but i missed my little cutie pie.

Swim Suit BABE

Abbie got a new swim suit the other day so of course she had to try it on - she spent most of the afternoon running around the house in it - we are all ready for summertime around here...she LOVES to snuggle

Sunday Walk

I have been loving the sunshine the last couple of days... we've been able to take Abbie out for some walks, which she loves. Yesterday wasn't super warm, but we bundled her up and went for a Sunday walk after church. I took a bunch of pictures - most of which she did NOT smile for. Clark got her to smile when he was driving the stroller like a crazy man - she likes when her dad is silly (which is quite frequently)

This little face makes me so happy. She can definitely cheer up any bad day.

$0.75 = flat tire

I'm pretty sure this is the worst 75 cents EVER spent!
So, about a week ago Clark noticed that one of the back tires on my Jeep was low, so he told me to just run over to Smith's and put some air in it before i went anywhere ... I told him I'd never put air in a tire before (no laughing please), but he assured me it was super easy and I'd be fine. Well, clearly he does not know his audience, because somehow I put the 75 cents in the air machine and ended up with a COMPLETELY flat tire... i paid money to suck the air out of my tire.
