Yesterday I was deep cleaning the kitchen and Abbie was playing (aka destroying) and somehow she managed to get back here ...
Also, we had a swimsuit day again ... I can already see it now - she'll be one of those little ones who wants to wear her princess dress EVERYWHERE :) I love it.

life at the Caldwell house has been a bit on the NOT so GREAT side the past couple of weeks and i must admit i haven't been the best mama... I feel like i've been so crabby towards abbie - i haven't paid attention to her needs or wants and i've complained a lot about her "constant whining" (lets be honest - she's not a whiner) - i know she doesn't read this, but i want my little one to know that i LOVE her more than anything - and i'm sorry that i've been a grouchy mama

i think it's pretty crazy that i spent 4 days of the past week here:

But this was in fact the highlight of my week:
i'm not saying that New York wasn't FABULOUS ... it was such a fun trip - one that i could do many times in the future, but i missed this little munchkin more than i thought possible. Clark did a great job playing "single dad" while i was gone and it was really nice to get a breather from "real life", but i missed my little cutie pie.

Swim Suit BABE
Do not get your hopes up people - the following pictures will NOT be of me :)
Abbie got a new swim suit the other day so of course she had to try it on - she spent most of the afternoon running around the house in it - we are all ready for summertime around here...

Sunday Walk
I have been loving the sunshine the last couple of days... we've been able to take Abbie out for some walks, which she loves. Yesterday wasn't super warm, but we bundled her up and went for a Sunday walk after church. I took a bunch of pictures - most of which she did NOT smile for. Clark got her to smile when he was driving the stroller like a crazy man - she likes when her dad is silly (which is quite frequently)
