Daddy's little girl

This past weekend Abbie made her first overnight excursion to the cabin. We went with our friends, Jesse & Samantha and their 6 week old little girl, Sienna. Abbie has her first friend :)

Who would have thought that packing for a little girl would be such a task... we pretty much packed up the entire nursery just to go for a couple of nights. Abbie did great for the 2 hour drive and we all enjoyed the quiet weekend away. There are record amounts of snow up there right now so Clark and Jesse loved the snowmobiling - as you can see I think Abbie is going to be her dad's snowmobile buddy.

Grandma Anderson made Abigail this darling quilt - she absolutely loves it!





Also, Grandpa Anderson made this pink teddy bear at "build a bear" - she loves to snuggle her pink fuzzy bear.

twice in one day

I know I already posted today, but i forgot to add these cute pictures ...

Abbie is 3 and 1/2 weeks old - it's so crazy how fast she's growing and changing... She's been doing great in the sleeping department. she's had a few nights where she gets confused between night and day, but for the most part she sleeps pretty well during the nighttime hours :) Our pediatrician told us to keep her home as much as possible to keep her healthy - so I pretty much just stay in all the time, it's been so great to just relax and soak up our new little one. Clark's schedule is pretty flexible so he's been able to spend a lot of time with us. We love it!

Abbie is Adorable.

Yesterday Abbie and I had a photo shoot (who am i kidding, we pretty much do that every day) ... She is such an angel baby! I just can't get enough of her.

A week early ...

Our little angel has arrived! Abigail Ruth Caldwell was born on Saturday, January 12th at 11:57 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and is 19 inches long. She is an absolute sweetheart. Clark is the cutest daddy and she is definitely a daddy's girl. We are so blessed to have her in our family! Here are a few of the many many pictures we already have of Abbie - we might be biased, but we think she is the cutest girl ever!!!
