$0.75 = flat tire

I'm pretty sure this is the worst 75 cents EVER spent!
So, about a week ago Clark noticed that one of the back tires on my Jeep was low, so he told me to just run over to Smith's and put some air in it before i went anywhere ... I told him I'd never put air in a tire before (no laughing please), but he assured me it was super easy and I'd be fine. Well, clearly he does not know his audience, because somehow I put the 75 cents in the air machine and ended up with a COMPLETELY flat tire... i paid money to suck the air out of my tire.

Birthday Bash

We had so much fun celebrating Abbie's 1st Birthday!
Abbie and I met Grandma Anderson and Ali and Spencer for lunch at Red Robin. The kids loved the balloons and Spencer was kind enough to give Abbie a birthday smooch (okay, it was mutual) Are we terrible parents for promoting this? i think it's darling, but probably not on her 2nd birthday :)We had a super fun party that night - so many family members came - (Thanks again for coming everyone!) Abbie tore into her cake ... there was zero hesitation, we put it on her tray and she dug in. It was so much fun to watch her make a mess and she definitely LOVED the attention.

How does a year go by so quickly? Our Little Abbie is turning 1 today - and we are so excited to celebrate her first year of life. She is such an angel and we are extremely blessed to have her in our lives. Last night she was giggling extra hard (it's the most adorable sound in the world) and Clark and I just looked at each other and said "this is what life is all about." We love our Abbie and want to wish her a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
