Yesterday Emma Jo turned 3 months.
Here's some info about our little gal
Emma is a rock-star sleeper. She has been from the start. but lately she's been heading to bed around 10 and sleeping til at least 9. a few days ago she slept from 9:30 pm til 12:30 the next afternoon.
Emma is super happy (possibly related to the before mentioned rock-star sleeping) It is so fun to see her big smiles and she is starting to giggle and it's hilarious. Clark and I are constantly trying to get her to laugh, but it's mostly Abbie who gets her laughing.Emma is our little redhead! It's a really pretty color and I hope it stays (surprising coming from me who doesn't like my red hair). her hair is not only red, but crazy - it stands straight up all the time, i used to try and get it to lay flat - but have since embraced the mohawk (Abbie's hair did the same thing - they get it from their dad)
Emma LOVES her big sister Abbie. Abbie is constantly in Emma's face and I am CONSTANTLY telling Abbie to "leave Emma alone" - but all the while Emma just smiles and giggles at Abbie. There is an age difference between them, but i really hope these two can be best buds.
Emma sucks on her bottom lip - and hums. It's really random and i have yet to catch it on video, but i'm trying :)
We haven't decided if Emma's eyes are going to be blue or brown yet - they are still in between. some days they look blue and others they are golden brown.
Emma sucks on her fist - and gags herself trying to fit the entire thing in her mouth.
Emma LOVES bath time.
We have been spending quite a bit of time outside the past few weeks and Emma really likes it. I think she's going to be an outside girl like her sister.
Emma is such a sweet baby and we are so blessed to have her in our family - Happy 3 months Em!

I can not believe how well she sleeps! You are so LUCKY!!! Not only does it make Emma happy but mom comes out pretty good too. She is a little sweetheart and, I LOVE her red hair!
Happy 3 months! She is 1/4 a year old! Weird to think of it that way eh!? I know, thank heavens for these little sleepers!!! Definitely makes for a happy mama.
Love this post, Cam. She is such a cutie. So glad she is sleeping well and that Abbie loves her sister so much.
so darling. i love her hair especially... :) i still think she'll have blue eyes like her mom. we'll see. crazy she's already 3 months old!
