Grandparents trump parents
This past Saturday Abbie got to have a sleep over at Grandma & Grandpa's house and Clark and I had a little getaway up to the Zermatt in Heber City. It was so much fun to have some time with Clark ... It was our first getaway from our Abigail since she was born (wow, huh?) It was actually really weird not to have her with us, but she had a BLAST with her Grandparents - and when we went to pick her up on Sunday afternoon she did NOT want to come with us. how sad is that?

We were there this weekend too! And you know what? It was the first time in 10 years that Jon and I have ever left our kids and had time alone together! It was only one night, but it was pretty fun! Hope you guys had fun too, sorry we missed you! (We went Sunday and Monday though, so that's probably why we didn't see you. Did you see my mom and dad?)
She is so big! I hope you enjoyed your time being "single" again and didn't just talk about Abbie the whole time. OK, what are the chances of that?
